What does a bespoke tour entail?
When you choose to travel with us, it truly becomes your tour and your adventure. You will receive your own private vehicle that seats up to 8 guests, alongside your personal and dedicated driver and guide. Regardless of were you wish to arrive into Scotland (or perhaps your already here) -- we are more than happy to travel to any point of collection whether land, sea or air. We aim to meet the weary traveller with a comfortable seat, a solid dose of fresh air, and maybe a wee bit of whisky as needed.
What about the weather?
Right, the Scottish weather…as the legendary Billy Connolly once said. “Theres no such thing as bad weather only the wrong clothes.”
Before we even set off on our journey, we will offer suggestions on clothing and gear you may need, specific to whichever Tour/Adventure you’ve decided upon. For example, if we are city centre or visiting distilleries in the summer, your clothing and gear choice matter far less, than if you were keen to tackle a mid-winter tour in the mountains. Typically May, June and July tend towards the better sunny/summery weather. With the snow and wintery effect in Late December through early March. Please keep in mind the weather is subject to rapid change and the common phrase here being “If you don’t like the weather wait twenty minutes.”
